When we “Wholesale” a property, we act as the middleman between the property owner and the real estate investor.
We make sure both get a deal that works
and coordinate and oversee the transaction until it closes.
Once we locate a potential investment property, we work with the property owner to either secure the property under an assignable contract,
or to directly place the property with an investor in our Network.
All of this is done at an agreed upon minimum sale price and within a set timeframe.
We work extensively with the property owner before we market the property to know each property inside & out.
We develop a detailed report of the repairs and renovations required and the potential after renovation value of the property, so that investors can make informed decisions.
