· Clients have the ability to Request a Property Search with our exclusive SnapShot Property Overview Report, where we will search the web, the multiple listing service, and local print media and provide you with a convenient report of properties that you may be interested in, which will include: Digital Pictures, Public Record information, zoning details, demographics, and surveys and floor plan recreations if available
· Clients have the ability to request a SnapShot Property Overview Report, about properties they locate or hear about on their own.
· Clients have the ability to view our exclusive Virtual Showings of select properties, or our Digital Walk-Through using FaceTime, Zoom or Microsoft Teams while speaking live on the phone to us.
· Clients have the ability to request Physical Showings of selected properties, where we will meet you at the property (and we social distance and wear masks as required)
· We Will Oversee & Coordinate Purchasing Services: Home Inspection, Engineer, Bank Appraiser, Contractors, Repairmen, etc.
· We will work with you to develop a realistic Offer to Purchase, which will have the best chance to get you the home you are interested in.
· We Will Maintain day-to-day Communications between the Seller’s Listing Agent, and both Attorneys.
· We Commit to Remaining Your Primary Source of Information and Assistance, even months or years after closing.
We can Assist with the Research & Selection of any Amenities or related Goods & Services, such as Pools & Spas, Landscaping, Home Theater, Audio/Visual, Security Systems and more.
Understanding We Are Acting as your Agent NOT as your Attorney
We will use all our expertise as Lawyers and Brokers, however,
we will NOT be representing you as your attorney, and you will still need to obtain legal counsel to give you legal advice, review and prepare all documents and represent you at your closing. We cannot serve as both your real estate broker and lawyer in the same real estate transaction.
